BIDDRINA EVENTS

  • Rent our old-school Italian-made five flavor gelato cart for your next event! 

    Birthdays, weddings, corporate events, you name it. The party will only get better with Biddrina Gelato.

    INCLUDES:
    -Up to 5 flavors of gelato
    -Cups, napkins and spoons
    -One Biddrina employee scooping on site for 2 hours*
    -Custom Biddrina chalkboard with menu of flavors

    PRICING:
    -Packages start at $1500
    -Flat rate rental fee: $1000
    -Gelato: $10/person (min 50ppl)

    This fee includes:
    -Van rental to transport cart, van insurance
    -Set up & break down of cart at event
    -Employee to pack and transport cart to and from event
    -Employee to scoop for guests
    -Menu coordination & custom signage

    Additional charges not included:
    -Parking fee for van during event if street parking is not available
    -Addtional transportation fees & staffing fees for venues outside of the five boroughs
    -Additional $150/hr staffing rates will apply for events lasting longer than 2 hours or ending after 11:30pm

  • DIY PARTY COOLERS
    Packages start at $280

    For smaller events, our DIY Party Coolers arrive filled with everything you’ll need to serve gelato at your event. Simply put it on top of any sturdy table and begin scooping yourself!

    PRICING:

    • $100 icebox rental fee

    • 15-serving gelato carton: $105 each

    • Minimum 2 cartons

    • Choose up to 5 flavors, depending on your number of cartons.

    Each of our single-flavor gelato cartons serves 15 people. Keeping that in mind, choose however many cartons you need for your event size. If your event is 50 people, you would need 4 cartons for everyone to get a serving of gelato.

    ICEBOX SIZES:

    You can choose between two icebox sizes.

    • Small Pink Icebox :
    Fits up to 12 cartons
    Total dimensions: 14"D × 14"H × 30'L

    • Large Red Icebox :
    Fits up to 20 cartons
    Total dimensions: 16"D × 20"H × 36"L

    SELF PICKUP: NO CHARGE

    Pick up the icebox yourself directly from Locanda

    Vini e Olii (129 Gates Ave, Brooklyn). Both icebox sizes fit in the back of most mid-sized cars. The icebox, all scoopers, menu holder and napkin holder must be returned to us in the same condition they were rented no later than 24hrs after pickup, or your security deposit will be forfeited accordingly.

    DELIVERY

    $100 flat fee + two round trip Uber rides from

    Locanda Vini e Olii to the event and back. Final price depends on location and time of the event.
